Deep Shaft Tycoon ("the App") is developed by Mikko Tuppurainen ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
Deep Shaft Tycoon has no account system, no login, and no server backend. Your gameplay progress (cash, upgrades, mines, shards, settings) is stored only on your device, using local storage. We never see, receive, or transmit this data anywhere. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data permanently deletes it.
The App shows optional, rewarded video ads (e.g. to earn temporary income boosts) using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect:

On iOS, the App asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before requesting personalized ads; you can decline this and still see (non-personalized) ads. On Android, you can opt out of ads personalization in your device's Google settings at any time.
The App may schedule local reminder notifications (e.g. "your mine is full," "your boost ended"). These are scheduled entirely on your device and are never sent from or through a server — no data leaves your device for this feature.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us using the details below and we will address it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
